Hi. My name is Jake, but I go by the trail name Mellow. I like to hike and travel for long periods of time.

I made this as a place to write about these travels and post pretty pictures of them as well. I might also occasionally write about other things too.

I started this site in 2019 to primarily document my hike on the PCT.

All photos from 2019 are shot on a Samsung Galaxy S9. I don’t own a fancy camera and I wouldn’t know what to do with it if I did.
